The bill (Reg. No.4384) presents a new version of part 2 of clause 4 of the Law "On the Lease of State-Owned and Municipal Property", which permits leasing of the state-owned objects of the national significance that shall not be privatized under part 2 of clause 5 of the Law "On the Lease of State-Owned Property." The purpose of lease is location of medical, social, and everyday-use facilities on their premises to support activity of the executive power and local self-government bodies.
The Committee members emphasized that the issues to be regulated by the bill are already regulated by item 14 of the Law "On Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine and certain other Legislative Acts of Ukraine" adopted on December 23, 2010.
